Not bad at all, what does the flag represent, what is the symbolism behind it?

It's based on United Tribes of NZ flag, only changed the background color
so it doesn't get confused with Iceland or even Quebec (also can symbolize maori people)

That's approximately how I imagine it looks too, I would've made his claws smaller and closer to each other, and his hind legs thicker, but other than that it looks like I imagined it would look.

Dude, this looks awesome, although since WE ARE talking about Frutiger Aero, despite the simplistic rule of flag design, you should've actually made the coat of arms in Frutiger Aero style, BUT THIS IS AMAZING, I LOVE IT SO MUCH!!!!!
