Wow, this looks amazing, I absolutely love it, the colors, the pixel effect makes the drawing nostalgic somehow and the CLOUDS AND THE WATER. yooooo. Absolutely amazing!

I had lots of fun with details of the sea and clouds. I thank the tutorial if I could make them, next time I make pixel clouds I want to change the way I made them: from a white base to a dark base so I then add the lighter and whiteish parts.

It's based on United Tribes of NZ flag, only changed the background color
so it doesn't get confused with Iceland or even Quebec (also can symbolize maori people)

That's approximately how I imagine it looks too, I would've made his claws smaller and closer to each other, and his hind legs thicker, but other than that it looks like I imagined it would look.
